If you contact us to cancel your request before any booking is confirmed with a ticketing provider, no cancellation fees will apply.
1.2 Cancellations After Booking Confirmation
Once a booking has been completed with a third-party provider:
• Cancellations are subject to the fare rules, terms, and policies of the ticket-issuing provider.
• Some fares may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or subject to airline or supplier charges.
TripFounders UK LTD does not control these policies.
1.3 Service Fee
Where applicable, a service fee charged by TripFounders UK LTD for assistance is non-refundable, as it covers the time and support provided.

2.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds depend entirely on the rules of the airline or ticketing provider from whom the ticket was issued.
Refundable amounts may vary based on:
• Airline fare rules

2.2 Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by the airline or ticketing provider:
• Processing time may take up to 6–12 weeks, depending on the provider’s policies.
• TripFounders UK LTD will forward the refund to the customer as soon as we receive it from the provider.
2.3 Non-Refundable Services
The following are not refundable:
• Service fees charged by TripFounders UK LTD
• Non-refundable airline/ticket fares
• Add-on services after booking (baggage, seats, etc.), unless the provider permits refund

Changes to travel dates, names, or routes depend entirely on the ticket provider’s rules.
Additional charges or fare differences may apply as set by the provider.
